The breakfast here had a great variety of delicious dishes. the staff, including the owner, were all very friendly and did an outstanding job. the location was convenient and offered beautiful views of the Highlands. being close to both the railway station and a railway line made it easy to explore the area. 🚂

The hotel met the purpose, I would definitely return here. Everything was good, caring staff, lovely views over an immaculate garden. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, had an excellent stay for a perfect weekend. I had a spotless and compact room with fairly clean bathroom.

I recently had a lovely stay at a B&B in Gretna Green called the Alexander Guest House. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending a great pub called The Station for dinner. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast served in a beautiful room with a scenic view was perfect. The B&B is conveniently located near the Gretna Gateway outlet village, making it easy for shopping. a very nice stopover and excellent value. Highly recommended!
